Fairly traded. Shade grown. Located in northeastern Africa, Ethiopia is the birthplace of coffee and an origin that produces coffee of wonderfully distinctive flavor. Sidamo is a region where a great deal of coffee is milled using the “washed” method instead of a more primitive “natural” process. Our Sidamo has all of the sparkle of a great African coffee and is absolutely clean and smooth. Available in Regular only. 100% Arabica coffee. 12 ounces.
